How hot does the Jonny Almond Warmer get?
The warmer gets up to 160° F.

What is the max amount a Jonny Almond Warmer should be stocked?
• We recommend shingling yoru cone bags of candy coated nuts.
• Shingling them on the racks allows for proper air flow around the nuts so they can be warmed evenly.

Can I use our store's existing food service warmer?
Yes! We recommend you place the candy coated nuts on warmer racks so they are off the heat source. This allows proper air flow to heat the product evenly. We offer racks FREE of charge.

What items have the longest shelf life in convenience store warmers?
Jonny Almond nuts have much longer shelf life than any other items in convenience stores. They last 30 days! And you can take them out at night and put them back.

How do I get replacement bulbs/heat elements?

Does Jonny Almond supply wax or oil scents ofr the ramakin cup inside the warmer?
No, Jonny Almond does not supply the scent. However, you can pick up wax melts or oils at any major home supply store (e.g. Walmart, Target, Ace Hardware).

Can I warm the nuts up again if I do not eat them all in one sitting?
Yes! You can reheat them in the microwave for 30 seconds.

What's the shelf life once I place the nuts in the warmer?
Candy coated nuts can be in the warmer for up to 30 days! You can turn the warmer on and off or even remove and replace the product multiple times during the 30 days.

Can you take Jonny Almond products out of the warmer and put them back in later?
Yes. You can take Jonny Almond products out and put them back any time, as much as you would like during the 30 day window where the nuts can be in the warmer.

Jonny Almond products last up to 8 months ambient and up to 30 days in a warmer. Each bag is dated with an expiration date. TIP: When placing Jonny Almond products in a warmer, you can date them with a 30 day expiration date sticker to ensure the bag is sold in time.
